Agnes
…makes her weekly trek to the shops, she starts on Tuesday morning after breakfast and gets their by Wednesday lunchtime – things aren’t so smooth since the hip operation! She despises big corporate supermarkets, but they do make very nice bags, so she steals them without buying anything, slowly bringing down the corporation from the outside!
Old Thom
…was forced into retirement from his job as a taste tester at the ‘Worthers Original’ factory after an unfortunate incident with a vat of toffee and a crate of rescue kittens. There was a big cover up and the company offered him a generous payoff of a large cash sum or a lifetimes supply of Worthers…
Potts
…believes he was abducted by aliens while on a camping trip two years ago. He spends 99% of his time on the internet looking for people who have had similar experiences, the other 1% is spent crafting foil hats to keep the bad guys out of his mind!
Ruby
…likes small woodland animals and knitted jumpers. She dreams of one day owning a knitted jumper with a picture of a rabbit on it – that would be so awesome!

Tribe

June 15th, 2008 Ben Powis

Tribe‘ is a little comic idea from a coupe of years back that I never took any further, I was digging through some old work and rediscovered…perhaps it should be reborn!
The story follows the life of ‘Om‘ a member of a strange tribe who live in the wilderness, exploring the day to day lives of his friends, family, and enemies, in an epic tale of birth, life and death…not that I want to oversell it too much! :)
